Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver personalized guidance on pregnancy wellness, birth preparation, postpartum recovery, and lactation support.
  • •Identify when member needs fall outside wellness scope and require clinical evaluation.
  • •Contribute to the program protocol and AI development and participate in quality review.
  • •Support Bloom’s operations by shaping workflows and helping scale high-quality care delivery.
  • •Coordinate with Bloom's multidisciplinary team
