Key Responsibilities

  • •Build secure tenant isolation, authentication, authorization, and audit across customer organizations.
  • •Own multi-tenant schema design, tenant-aware query patterns, and operational correctness for regulated environments.
  • •Develop tenant provisioning, self-serve administration, and the customer onboarding lifecycle, including billing/pricing/metering surfaces.
  • •Design and evolve public, agent-facing APIs (REST, streaming, async) and define SDK/tool interfaces for agents.
  • •Build MCP and agent integration paths, including how BYO integrations are scoped, isolated, and trusted within a tenant.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of backend software engineering experience, with meaningful work in APIs, backend services, or platform infrastructure.
  • •Strong expertise in one or more of API design/versioning, multi-tenancy, authentication/authorization, or backend services at scale.
  • •Hands-on proficiency with Python (FastAPI), Kubernetes, AWS, and databases (SQL or document).
  • •Strong developer-experience mindset: write clear errors, support backward compatibility, and ship usable APIs.
