•Build and grow the Enterprise Solutions Engineering team by hiring top Solutions Engineers and coaching their craft.
•Lead evaluations and solve complex integration challenges for enterprise customers using incident.io.
•Coach Solutions Engineers through customer calls and review demos to help them become stronger technical and commercial operators.
•Stay close to the business by tracking pipeline, ensuring the team targets the right opportunities, and joining major enterprise deals.
•Refine how Solutions Engineering scales and bring customer feedback back to Product to influence roadmap decisions.

•Think ahead about SE team mechanics: pipeline, targets, enablement, capacity, and hiring plans.
•Can build strong relationships across your team, AEs, Product, and customers, shifting between technical and commercial conversations.
