Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain coating manufacturing tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity levels.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and assigned maintenance on equipment using hand tools and instrumentation.
  • •Monitor equipment parameters and alarms via equipment computers and make decisions using procedures/SPC to maintain process control.
  • •Conduct basic quality control procedures and complete training within required timeframes.
  • •Provide on-the-job training when requested and communicate issues/recommendations during shift changes; ensure inventory and waste handling for the next shift.

Key Requirements
