  • •Develop and maintain the Master Cleaning Schedule, Sanitation SOPs, Plant Improvement Plan, and Environmental Swabbing Program aligned with USDA regulations.
  • •Conduct plant inspections and audits, track corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
  • •Coach team members, enforce plant rules and procedures, and support compliance with regulatory and internal food safety standards.
