Sanitation Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Lead the 3rd-shift sanitation and production team at the Louisville, KY facility, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Plan, deliver, train, and monitor sanitation processes across the plant, including daily/weekly cleaning activities and maintenance of sanitation SOPs, master cleaning schedule, and environmental swabbing programs aligned with USDA regulations. Perform inspections and audits, track corrective actions, coach team members, and partner with plant leadership on continuous improvement.
