Job Summary

Build and deliver production-grade data migration pipelines converting Informatica PowerCenter workflows into Python EL scripts, dbt transformations, and Airflow orchestration. You’ll land high-volume data into a modern target warehouse using tools like Oracle Data Pump and SQL Server BCP, develop dbt models/macros and tests, and ensure data quality through reconciliation during SIT/UAT. You’ll also contribute to GitLab CI/CD, code reviews, documentation, and handover materials.

Key Responsibilities

•Assess complex Informatica workflows and translate them into functionally equivalent Python EL scripts and dbt transformation models.
•Develop and maintain Python EL pipelines to land high-volume data into the target warehouse using database connectivity and bulk export tools.
•Design and implement dbt transformation models, incorporating layering, macros, incremental strategies, and snapshot patterns.
•Create dbt-native tests and custom Python unit tests to validate transformation correctness and data quality.
•Orchestrate end-to-end execution with Airflow DAGs and contribute to GitLab CI/CD, code reviews, troubleshooting during SIT/UAT, and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Informatica PowerCenter experience, including mappings, sessions, workflows, and parameterization.
•3+ years of hands-on dbt Core experience, including model layering, macros, tests, and incremental materializations.
•3+ years of Airflow experience, including DAG authoring and task dependencies.
•5+ years of Python experience, including production use of parallelism and batch data processing.
•5+ years of SQL experience, including complex joins, window functions, and aggregations on large datasets.
