Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery and operational performance of cloud infrastructure and platform services.
  • •Ensure services meet SLAs/SLOs and availability targets; monitor service health, capacity, utilization, and risks.
  • •Lead incident, problem, and change management including escalation and post-incident reviews.
  • •Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and KPI development.
  • •Partner across teams for cloud governance/compliance, financial and vendor optimization, and service documentation/runbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Services, Cloud Operations, or Service Delivery.
  • •3+ years of leadership experience managing cloud operations, service delivery, or infrastructure teams.
  • •Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
  • •Deep understanding of ITIL service management plus incident, problem, change, and release management in enterprise-scale, regulated environments.
