Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership and guidance to Modality Sales Specialists to support account managers and drive product deals
•Guide account teams to achieve business goals, including balancing selling and meeting annual operating plan targets while validating product forecasts
•Manage and develop employees to achieve organizational goals and ensure compliance with industry regulations
•Communicate strategic insights to stakeholders, educate customers on technological innovations, recommend optimal configurations, and address inquiries and complaints
•Prepare and deliver monthly business forecasting and drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and Philips policies

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in Business Development, Clinical Sales, Service or equivalent
•Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or Sales Management (or equivalent)
•Strong people leadership capabilities in MedTech or related industry
•Experience managing both direct and channel sales
•Local market understanding with local language proficiency and excellent communication skills in English
