Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive engineering handover and validation efforts of product manufacturing with internal and third-party manufacturers and suppliers.
  • •Own technical success of customer launches for NXU Residential and NXU Commercial gas meters from early pilots through full-scale deployments.
  • •Serve as the primary technical interface for utilities during onboarding, field trials, and early production phases.
  • •Act as escalation point for complex field issues; lead triage and root-cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Lead and mentor up to two customer success or test engineers responsible for diagnostic testing, failure analysis, and field support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • •8+ years of experience in gas metering, flow measurement, or industrial sensing technologies.
  • •Hands-on experience with ultrasonic gas meters, including validation, analysis, and fielded performance.
  • •Working knowledge of diaphragm-based gas meters (e.g., AC250NXS, AC250NX or similar).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead small technical teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
