Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain production-ready multi-agent AI systems and agent workflows with appropriate human oversight and governance.
  • •Develop and improve RAG-based knowledge systems using vector databases, embeddings, semantic retrieval, and retrieval quality evaluation.
  • •Integrate AI workflows with existing business platforms via APIs and webhooks, including CRM and content/scheduling tools.
  • •Implement human-in-the-loop approval workflows and ensure security, reliability, logging, audit trails, and auditability across AI actions.
  • •Deploy and operate AI applications in secure cloud environments, including monitoring, debugging, observability, CI/CD, and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,500 - 3,800 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of professional software engineering experience.
  • •Recent experience building and deploying LLM-based or agentic AI systems into production.
  • •Ability to independently design, build, and maintain production applications end-to-end.
  • •Strong Python experience to develop production-ready AI applications and systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI agent/workflow orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain) and production monitoring/troubleshooting.
