Key Responsibilities

•Lead and maintain an exceptional guest experience on the floor by assessing guest connection and providing technical product education to team members, offering coaching where needed
•Continually build client relationships by engaging with customers and ensuring consistent follow-up and personalized service
•Analyze store reports and metrics to strategize, deliver results, and highlight growth opportunities through action plans
•Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and leading selling initiatives as needed
•Directly oversee the Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, including recruitment and development of talent, and drive cross-functional training with Community & Studio teams

Key Requirements

•2+ years of retail sales leadership or management experience with a proven track record in coaching and developing staff
•strong interpersonal communication and a customer-centric approach with ability to educate clients on product education and engagement
•ability to analyze reports and metrics, translating insights into action plans for growth
•flexibility to work opening/closing shifts and weekends, with a willingness to move between responsibilities across the floor
•physical ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds and stand/move for full shifts
