Key Responsibilities

  • •Underwrite complex loan requests and renewals across commercial lending and CRE products, including working capital and asset-based lines of credit.
  • •Review loan structure, spreads, entity structures, collateral, and market data to identify risks and prepare recommendations and opportunity memos/loan presentations.
  • •Assess financial condition and risk of financing requests using bank credit culture and current economic and industry trends.
  • •Gather and analyze information to present financing requests for senior management or Loan Committee approval; may meet customers and negotiate terms.
  • •May mentor junior analysts on financial analysis, loan structure, covenant conditions, and risk identification and mitigation.
