  • •Support strategic planning and execution of department and site-wide initiatives in partnership with the Operations Manager and/or General Manager.
  • •Analyze daily operational performance to identify trends, opportunities, and data-informed adjustments to meet changing business needs.
  • •Partner cross-functionally across the site and network to solve operational challenges and implement continuous-improvement change initiatives.
  • •Onboard and support new hires and cross-training to ensure successful integration, and assist Operations Managers on special projects as needed.
