Represent the brand in-store by driving sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience. Welcome and assist customers, convert window shoppers to buyers, and promote the company’s loyalty program. Maintain product knowledge and grooming standards, follow visual merchandising and stock presentation guidelines, operate the POS/billing counter and cash handling, and support inventory recording while adhering to SOP and loss prevention policies.
