Drive residential mortgage growth by building and maintaining referral relationships with real estate brokers, developers, CPA’s and other sources. Interview customers to identify loan needs, advise on products, terms, and pricing, and generate complete mortgage applications that meet sales goals. Recruit, develop, and manage a sales team, while maintaining expertise in mortgage products, guidelines, and pricing strategies.
