Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components using provided instructions.
  • •Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations and troubleshooting/repairs while identifying and correcting errors.
  • •Use test fixtures, electronic measurement tools, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies and complete required documentation.
  • •Receive parts and conduct audits/inspections to ensure all necessary parts are present and free of defects.
  • •Maintain a secure, safe, clean work environment; follow safety and security policies and report accidents, injuries, and hazards promptly.

Key Requirements

  • •Use routine work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts lists to build, repair, and/or test electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair assemblies, identify errors, and follow established safety procedures and operating instructions.
  • •Use test fixtures and electronic measurement equipment, including leak detectors and vacuum pumps, to test assemblies and components.
  • •Inspect parts for defects and perform audits to ensure necessary parts are available before building and testing.
  • •Enter progress and work/labor details into a computer terminal and maintain required documentation for finished work.
