Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary customer contact for technology and cloud service delivery discussions and be the first escalation point.
  • •Own and maintain detailed understanding of the customer landscape managed within ECS, including interdependencies between systems.
  • •Orchestrate ECS experts to resolve technical requirements and drive resolution to customer satisfaction.
  • •Support execution of the service delivery plan and calendar with ECS internal service delivery and TechOps teams.
  • •Support customer-specific cloud roadmap development, including infrastructure architecture, technical managed services, security, and integration; assess security and network requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience with SAP Basis administrative duties.
  • •8+ years of customer-facing SAP technical consulting experience.
  • •8+ years of solution design, enterprise architecture, and/or SAP implementation experience.
  • •4+ years of experience in technical project management for SAP Operations or Implementation.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management, plus strong ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
