Build trusted relationships with retail and business customers by engaging through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess customer banking needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, recommend solutions aligned to goals, and support great day-to-day client experiences. Open new consumer and business accounts, process service requests, and submit credit applications while using digital-first tools to drive operational accuracy and excellence. NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act/Regulation Z is required.
