Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform high-level troubleshooting and repair of machine and systems across electricity/electronics, fluid power, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes.
  • •Troubleshoot and complete preventive maintenance for Frozen Block grinders, Final grinders, Blenders, Augers, and Conveyors.
  • •Assist engineering and plant staff with specification, installation, and modification of integrated systems.
  • •Provide technical support for all phases of the operation and use technical documentation and research techniques.
  • •Support operation troubleshooting and maintenance for equipment including Vemag portion control, Tray Denesting equipment, Omori over wrap equipment, Delford weight price labelers, Ulma Bag sealers, Pearson tapers, and Bizzerba labelers.

Key Requirements

  • •Training beyond high school, including an Associate (A.S.) in Electrical/Electronic/Electrical-Mechanical or equivalent combination of education and experience (including skilled trades programs or military training).
  • •2+ years of automation and/or industrial maintenance experience with emphasis on electrical/electronics.
  • •Working knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment used in production operations.
  • •Must have strong computer/document skills and be proficient or become proficient in SAP Maintenance.
  • •Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and to work effectively with all team members and operations personnel.
