Key Responsibilities

  • •Create UX directed graphs/user flows and Figma mockups before implementing new product capabilities.
  • •Partner with engineers to ship design-led features rapidly from ideation to real usage.
  • •Use UX DiGraphs as end-to-end testing models and help ensure quality through automated frontend tests and golden screenshots.
  • •Iterate on designs based on user feedback, group critique, and transparent team decision-making.
  • •Communicate designs and rationales clearly to help the team converge on optimal solutions.

  • •A rockstar frontend engineer foremost with strong product intuition, UX, and design instincts.
  • •Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics when building Figma mockups.
  • •Ability to translate complex concepts and processes into simple, elegant user flows and interactions.
  • •Strong communication skills to clearly convey designs to the team verbally and through sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and other materials.
  • •Comfort iterating in an iterative design process guided by user feedback and company goals.
