Job Function: Design (Product/UX/UI/Visual)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for Anima’s apps and website to improve user understanding and interaction.
  • •Collaborate with engineers and sales to identify user motivations and pain points, translating them into concrete design solutions.
  • •Lead on design for flagship features, including building out video consultation offerings and NHS API integrations into the UX.
  • •Apply insights from user cohorts and A/B testing to inform feature decisions and design optimizations.
  • •Help define and scale design standards, tools, and processes, with potential to transition into a managerial/executive role in the future.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of design experience in product design or UX
  • •Proficiency with Figma and a strong portfolio of UX work
  • •Strong ability to translate user research into clear UX flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • •Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with engineers and cross-functional teams
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to UX strategy and execution
