Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement data centre solutions, translating business requirements into efficient infrastructure designs for servers, storage, networking equipment, and physical security.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape data centre strategies for current and future needs, ensuring security and compliance.
  • •Provide pre-sales technical support by delivering solutions aligned with clients’ objectives, including network architecture development and virtualized environment optimization.
  • •Create comprehensive technical documentation and support scope determination, product pricing, and rFP/rFI responses.
  • •Manage client proof-of-concept initiatives and transition proposed solutions to the delivery team, including evaluating long-term data centre services against business requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of data centre infrastructure components, networking technologies, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
  • •Knowledge of data centre security principles and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA).
  • •Ability to design and implement network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and virtual networking.
  • •Expertise in server and storage technologies, including virtualization, blade servers, SAN, NAS, and data backup systems.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
