Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical characterization and testing of NAND & DRAM arrays, CMOS devices, and interconnects.
  • •Define, optimize, and manage param business processes for the Global HVM fab network.
  • •Support New-Product-Introduction by transferring param technology, test methodologies, and param programs from Technology Development to High Volume Manufacturing.
  • •Collaborate with TD to deploy new test methodologies and align Test Equipment Hardware requirements (Tool-Of-Record), param software, and test algorithms.
  • •Partner with cross-functional engineering teams across TD Device Characterization, HVM Quality Engineering, Process Integration, Process Development, Central Planning, and Global Quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s with 5+ years experience or a Master’s with 3+ years experience in Semiconductor Device Characterization / Engineering.
  • •Strong semiconductor device physics background with experience in electrical characterization, processing, and instrumentation.
  • •Deep understanding of device operation in memory systems including NAND, DRAM, storage class memory, and other memories.
  • •Experience operating and automating semiconductor instrumentation such as parameter analyzers, SPA, SMU, LCR meters, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, pulse & waveform generators, wafer probers, ATE, and bench systems.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with knowledge of Python, C/C++, and Unix/Linux.
