Install, rig, troubleshoot, and test marine engines to bring boats to completion while meeting quality and reliability standards. Perform quality inspections, identify and repair defects, and complete finishing work using hand tools and production equipment. Maintain production standards in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with team members to hit daily goals, and follow safety requirements including PPE use.
