  • •Account for distribution P&L, using data and commercial insight to prioritise delivery and balance revenue growth with partner retention.
  • •Partner with Sales and Account Management to ensure product strategy supports partner acquisition, retention, and revenue performance.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers to strengthen product craft and execution across the portfolio.
  • •Establish AI-native ways of working and represent Product in commercial and partner discussions with senior internal and external stakeholders.
