Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead a multi-team ML engineering organization of engineers and managers, hiring and developing senior technical talent and instilling delivery discipline.
  • •Define and own the technical strategy for training and inference at scale, including pipeline construction, data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and accelerator utilization.
  • •Hold production SLAs for orchestrated and deployed model services, and own analytics and observability across model pipelines (quality, latency, cost, utilization).
  • •Represent engineering in technical customer engagements with enterprise customers, translating requirements into ML roadmaps and success metrics.
  • •Drive customer and partner outcomes by co-designing scalable, cost-efficient serving for real-time on-set use cases and managing GPU vendor/hyperscaler relationships.

Salary: USD 206,400 - 384,675 annually

  • •Proven track record shipping generative AI products in production at enterprise scale
