  • •Ensure compliance with global regulations, internal standards, and product development processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering; a master’s degree is an advantage.
  • •Extensive experience in automotive product development, ideally within a commercial vehicle OEM.
  • •Proven leadership of engineering teams in an OEM and experience in global, multicultural organizations.
  • •Strong expertise in commercial vehicle structures, frame systems, and safety attachments.
  • •Sound program management knowledge of automotive development and release processes.
