Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve financial processes using tools/systems, automation, best practices, and standardization.
  • •Manage end-to-end RTR accounting, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
  • •Maintain internal control and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and applicable statutory requirements.
  • •Drive quality culture and process improvements using systems/tools (e.g., BPI, EBE) and standardize controls aligned to globally defined SSC processes.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders and the Accounting Manager, proactively manage issues, and support service delivery with service definition, service-level reporting, documentation, and audit trails.

Key Requirements

  • •Accounting degree (CA), MBA-Finance, or B.com. (Accounting) with required experience.
  • •6-8 years of accounting experience.
  • •End-to-end process knowledge for GL/FA and strong understanding of OTC and PTP across overall accounting.
  • •Proficiency with MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • •Good experience of Oracle R12 and MFGPro (ERP).
