Key Responsibilities

•Aid cross-functional teams in the delivery of major transformation initiatives within the realms of operational efficiency programs, digital operations management solutions, product and operations modernization programs incorporating business opportunity assessment, solution strategy, design, program management, implementation of enabling technologies, and organizational change
•Perform engagement management responsibilities that could also include performance reviews, task delegation, project financials, deliverable quality review, and client management across industries
•Assist with the development of solution content, whitepapers, proposals, deliverables and/or other thought leadership material
•Maintain a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and become a trusted business advisor
•Manage project economics effectively, delivering client work within budget, while overseeing accounting, billing and client receivables to defined profit margin requirements

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 147,200 - 196,880 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Data & Analytics, Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field required
•Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level required
•Professional certification in a relevant field required: Lean Six Sigma, Master Black Belt, Black Belt, Green Belt, Certified Supply Chain Professional, Certified Turnaround Professional, etc.
•Client project delivery experience within an industry sector such as Manufacturing, Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences or Asset Management
•Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
