Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with executive leaders and EPAD stakeholders to translate strategy into phased execution plans, including identifying risks and surfacing issues early.
  • •Design decision-focused agendas, keep cross-team discussions aligned and outcome-oriented, and navigate trade-offs to maintain momentum.
  • •Serve as connective tissue across EPAD by identifying parallel work without coordination and ensuring the right stakeholders participate at the right moments.
  • •Use data to define success, build systems to track progress, and course-correct when launching or sunsetting operational processes.
  • •Help shape EPAD’s virtual-first operating model by co-creating collaboration rituals, designing in-person moments for connection, and leading people-focused workstreams to improve employee experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,700 - 201,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or program management in high-growth technology or similarly fast-paced environments.
  • •Direct experience supporting or partnering with technical organizations (Product, Engineering, Analytics, or Design) and understanding where friction arises.
  • •Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from zero to one, independently scoping work and driving execution without a predefined roadmap.
  • •Experience working with executive stakeholders, translating loosely defined objectives into clear plans, and influencing without relying on authority.
  • •Ability to bring clarity to complexity by defining success metrics, designing scalable workflows, and leveraging AI/automation tools to improve decision making.
