Job Summary

Own revenue generation for Ripple’s crypto products across Germany and Austria as a quota-carrying sales leader. You’ll sell Custody, Payments, and Stablecoin to crypto natives and FinTechs, build strategic territory plans, and run full sales cycles from lead qualification through deal closure. Deliver compelling presentations and product demos, maintain daily pipeline forecasts, and leverage deep market relationships while communicating in German.

Key Responsibilities

•Demonstrate deep knowledge of Ripple products (Custody, Stablecoin, Payments) and communicate value to financial institutions and crypto natives.
•Generate leads and secure sales bookings in Germany and Austria to achieve assigned sales quotas.
•Develop strategic plans and account tactics to nurture leads and grow relationships within assigned territories and accounts.
•Conduct client site visits, deliver sales presentations, and perform product demonstrations to prospective clients.
•Manage the sales pipeline end-to-end, including qualification, needs assessment, solution presentation, timely deal closure, and daily pipeline forecasting.

Key Requirements

•8+ years experience in a consultative sales role in technology and/or the Financial Services industry.
•3+ years of experience in the Digital Assets and/or payments industry or a related field.
•Proven track record of successful sales to Crypto-Natives and FinTechs.
•Extensive relationships and strong knowledge within the Financial Services and Digital Asset industry in Europe.
•German speaking is a must; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
