Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with leadership to coach and execute the full client life cycle for Preferred Banking clients.
  • •Respond to and resolve complex client requests, providing expert advice on treasury management, deposit requests, and related technical aspects.
  • •Manage distribution of work for the team, facilitate cross-training, and report key production and turnaround metrics to management.
  • •Ensure service level standards across sales, customer service, turnaround time, risk management, regulatory compliance, audit soundness, productivity, and efficiency.
  • •Support team and leadership by identifying product opportunities through analysis of client patterns and by applying data analytics-driven strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales, Treasury Management Service, Branch Banking Operations, or a similar field.
  • •High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • •Intermediate to advanced knowledge of banking operations, including deposit operations, new account opening, loan administration, and treasury management and/or commercial products.
  • •Intermediate to advanced business, legal, and technical writing ability with knowledge of industry-standard writing specifications.
  • •Entry level to intermediate sales and service experience in business deposits or treasury management products.
