Job Summary

Field Service Technician responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining BMS/HVAC control systems on customer sites. You'll work with the Service Project team to deliver BMS projects, perform fault finding, and apply standard interfaces (BACnet, Modbus) to tailor solutions for clients, contributing to Honeywell’s building automation expertise.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Installation, configuration and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party BMS equipment
•Work with the Service Project team to deliver BMS projects within our existing service customer sites
•Fault finding and problem-solving using hands on methods as well as software tools such as trending and reports
•Utilise knowledge of standard BMS interfaces such as BACnet, Modbus, and others
•Identify opportunities and work with sales and admin support staff to create quotes, then deliver the work

Key Requirements

•3+ years experience as BMS Technician
•HVAC controls experience – Essential knowledge of control strategies and field application
•Mechanical systems experience – Good understanding of mechanical systems
•Tridium BMS software experience highly regarded
•Knowledge of instrumentation devices and control applications
