Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate inclusive business partnership initiatives across the Mountain Pacific region, including small business engagement, mentorship, capacity-building, and supplier inclusion objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain trusted relationships with small businesses, clients, industry partners, and community organizations to create partnership opportunities.
  • •Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of Partnership 360 events and other small business engagement programs, including communications, logistics, registration, and tracking.
  • •Oversee regional mentorship program activities from participant recruitment through onboarding, communications, coordination, and ongoing engagement.
  • •Monitor supplier diversity and inclusion requirements, support pursuit strategies with teaming partners, and track program impact using dashboards and reporting tools.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, transportation sector, public infrastructure, consulting, or related fields.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing programs, initiatives, or projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • •Experience supporting business development, client engagement, community engagement, or strategic partnership initiatives.
  • •Strong understanding of small business, supplier diversity, mentorship, and/or capacity-building programs.
  • •Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage senior leaders, clients, and external partners.
