Define and drive the retail sales and service culture across the Americas by localizing global standards into actionable behaviors. Lead coaching and development programs that close the “coaching gap” for advisors and store leaders, using store KPIs to design fast training interventions that improve conversion, basket size, and retention. Own regional training budget, lead and coordinate a team of trainers, support distributor-led stores with Train-the-Trainer, and partner cross-functionally to roll out omnichannel and clienteling initiatives.
