Job Summary

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker I in a Financial Center role, using a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessments to identify and meet customers’ current and future needs. Build customer profiles, cross-sell retail consumer and small business solutions, and use CAMP and marketing tools to drive outreach and appointments. Collaborate with business partners, guide CSRs on sales/referrals, process teller transactions, and help support platform staff while maintaining risk and ethical responsibilities.

•Complete a 4-8 week onboarding/education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service and pass a certification at program conclusion.
•Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using the bank value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out, set appointments, and drive periodic financial reviews.
•Process teller transactions and support platform staff while meeting production goals and cross-selling, in alignment with risk and ethics policies.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
