Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AV solutions tailored to specific spaces and events.
•Stay current on the latest AV technologies to keep solutions innovative, reliable, and user-friendly.
•Work with construction, Spaceport, and design teams to create immersive spaces supported by state-of-the-art AV systems.
•Provide technical expertise and support for SpaceX and Spaceport events, including Starship launches and high-profile gatherings.
•Ensure seamless execution of AV systems, lighting, and automation to deliver event experiences.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
•2+ years of professional experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, software, and IP networks in an enterprise environment for AV support.
•Q-SYS Level 1 Certification.
•Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
•Willingness to travel (<20%) and to pass Air Force background checks for Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg.
