Business Development Representative, IA

Drive growth in Root’s independent agent channel by making outbound calls to agencies, securing appointments, and managing onboarding for appointment applications. Partner with internal stakeholders to target growth markets, host product training for new and existing agents, and conduct business reviews tied to writing, premium, and profit goals. Build agent engagement through education and feedback loops, using underwriting and business appetite knowledge to recommend solutions and continuously improve department processes.
