Job Summary

Drive DevSecOps adoption across application teams by advocating POET principles, organizing knowledge-sharing, and setting OKRs for DevOps maturity. Act as a key liaison between engineering/product teams and the central PSM team to unblock delivery and share learnings. Guide teams through DevSecOps standards, tooling, and automated CI/CD, support onboarding of new services, and continuously improve using adoption metrics. Manage TRCB/GRAS risks, ensure compliance, and deliver stakeholder updates and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Advocate POET principles, promote best practices, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions and training to upskill colleagues.
•Own OKRs for DevOps adoption and maturity; track, report, and align progress with business and technology goals.
•Serve as main point of contact between engineering/product teams and the central PSM team; facilitate cross-team collaboration and escalate challenges.
•Guide implementation of DevSecOps standards, frameworks, and tooling; provide hands-on onboarding support and monitor compliance and adoption.
•Identify risks and issues related to TRCB and GRAS, mitigate with relevant teams, maintain documentation, and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Extensive hands-on experience as a senior engineer or architect, with deep expertise in Core Java and scalable microservices architectures.
•Proven track record designing and delivering complex, large-scale systems in the financial services domain, preferably post-trade processing.
•Strong practical knowledge of DevSecOps principles and tools, including building and managing automated CI/CD pipelines.
•Demonstrable experience using AI in software development, including AI coding assistants, and articulating business value.
•Exceptional leadership skills to mentor junior engineers and drive technical decisions in a collaborative environment.
