Support the post-booking customer journey for Capital One Travel’s Flights platform by monitoring operational health, servicing workflows, and queue performance. Help manage schedule changes, cancellations, exchanges, refunds, seats, ticketing support, escalations, and operational investigations. Conduct QA for new servicing features and supplier integrations, triage issues across booking environments, and collaborate cross-functionally using dashboards, reporting tools, and AI-assisted technologies to drive continuous improvement.
