Key Responsibilities

  • •Call and email accounts payable contacts to follow up on overdue payments and upcoming dues.
  • •Build relationships with workplaces by setting expectations for billing policy and payment/dispute terms.
  • •Identify the root cause of non-payment and resolve billing concerns.
  • •Report collections updates and accounts receivable status, including SMART action plans for critical accounts.
