Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic)

Maintain and repair heavy equipment and aerial lifts for a rental facility, diagnosing issues and determining root causes using real-time data. Create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, and order parts while performing complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel system maintenance with independent judgment. Use laptops and tablets confidently, maintain accurate work documentation, and assist with training and equipment/parts pickup and delivery in a Monday–Friday schedule with possible on-call needs.
