Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce Group and local MI/reporting including Flash & Actual P&L and detailed MI packs with commentary, plus cost centre and AUM reporting.
  • •Deliver quarter-end and year-end Group submissions and handle local monthly reporting packs for Exco and senior management decks.
  • •Perform variance and performance analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, AUM/GSR, run-rate, outlook) with commentary.
  • •Lead Annual Operating Plan, Rolling Operating Plan, and Financial Resource Plan cycles, including stakeholder challenge and alignment.
  • •Support expense analysis and assess product profitability by preparing/reviewing fully loaded P&Ls for new and existing products while maintaining compliance and operational risk awareness.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional qualification in Accountancy or Management Graduation (CA/MBA).
  • •2–6 years of work experience in the BFSI space.
  • •Minimum graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher.
  • •Ability to deliver detailed management reporting and performance/variance analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, AUM, run-rate, outlook).
  • •Strong adherence to Group Compliance Policy and operational risk awareness.
