Leitung Service Technik

Coordinate service delivery for HVAC and refrigeration repair work, planning and directing operational resources for effective execution of service agreements. Work with a compact team and the Country Leader while managing scheduling of personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment. Serve as a key customer contact, dispatch HVAC technicians with Field Technicians and Service Sales Engineers, and generate work orders, reports, and project paperwork. Requires strong organization, technical understanding, and proficiency with Windows and MS Office.
