Job Summary

Learn UFPI’s products, policies, and sales processes while supporting basic sales and customer service activities. Work under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager to enter and manage orders, use business systems and sales tools, and prepare reports. Build customer relationships through sales calls and support, develop operational knowledge including purchasing and shipping, and travel with account managers for hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities

•Learn company products, policies, and procedures and gain proficiency in the sales cycle and process.
•Enter orders accurately and efficiently into UFPI business systems and sales tools.
•Prepare detailed reports as required by supervisors and management.
•Assist in customer service activities, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•Travel with account managers and support best-practice training across company facilities while making sales calls to current and prospective clients.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
•Ability to learn company products, policies, and procedures related to sales.
•Strong communication skills with all organizational levels and the public, both verbally and in writing.
•Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
