Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the global primary point of contact and coordinating hub for the Cadence program, aligning cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
  • •Coordinate global program milestones and manage future season assortment intake for seamless continuous stock and sales planning.
  • •Oversee global fulfillment for continuous demand by partnering with Regional Operations to synchronize delivery capacity and eliminate load-in peaks.
  • •Lead the evolution of safety stock planning, migrating from manual processes to an end-to-end automated solution.
  • •Define detailed processes and measure/publish program health metrics, including risks and mitigation strategies via status reports.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, or supply chain operations, preferably in footwear or apparel.
  • •Advanced proficiency in planning systems and strong understanding of continuous replenishment models (NOS, VMI) and inventory optimization.
  • •Ability to build net-new processes from scratch and translate complex supply chain realities into repeatable SOPs.
  • •Ability to synthesize stakeholder inputs and manage expectations with senior leadership across Commercial, Operations, and Tech teams.
  • •Comfort operating autonomously to set priorities, break down complexity, and align others in a rapidly growing environment.
