Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment and troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues.
  • •Identify and implement system improvements to support throughput, yield, and product performance goals.
  • •Review tool performance data, attend/present in factory meetings, and proactively schedule needed repairs/rebuilds based on trending.
  • •Coordinate communication and work across production associates, manufacturing/development engineers, facilities, and vendors to complete assigned projects and downtime/work-order activities.
  • •Train associates and maintain documentation for assembly drawings, standard operating procedures, and equipment specifications; troubleshoot systemic deposition equipment issues to reduce unplanned downtime.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year relevant experience, or an associate’s degree in a technical discipline with at least 1 year as a Manufacturing Engineering Technician I, or a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 0–2 years of manufacturing technical experience.
  • •Safety-first mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision while leading project assignments.
  • •Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite and able to perform both administrative and technical tasks.
  • •Ability to read equipment schematics, interpret mechanical drawings, and confirm accuracy to print.
  • •Demonstrated troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience for deposition/process equipment and systems, including managing operation and calibration.
