Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day technical administration across server platforms and virtualization to keep systems stable, secure, and performant.
  • •Monitor performance metrics and logs, perform trend analysis, and take proactive actions to prevent incidents and reduce repeat issues.
  • •Implement changes through formal change management, including planning, risk/impact review, testing, communication, documentation, and rollback strategy.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for case escalation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, and support operational reporting.
  • •Perform capacity planning, lifecycle refresh planning, patching/firmware management, upgrades, and participate in emergency response coordination and rotational on-call.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with Linux or Windows server administration.
