Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and execute visual merchandising (VM) for boutiques, including cross-VM opportunities, seasonal rollouts, and promotion displays aligned with global guidelines.
  • •Represent and convey company values in-store, collaborate with merchandising teams, and work closely with other departments to achieve results.
  • •Translate and prepare VM guidelines and deliver guidelines and perception changes via email and on-site.
  • •Train VM Ambassadors on VM guidelines, prepare/translate training materials, and plan regular and ad hoc training sessions.
  • •Manage POS-related activities (order handling, inventory of visual tools, POP development, and VM planning) and provide regular reporting with photos and progress insights.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of professional experience in visual merchandising.
  • •Strong track record of delivering good results.
  • •Able to collaborate positively and work with flexibility (including flexible hours).
  • •Strong visual eye for detail, style, color palette, and display composition.
  • •Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and graphic programs (Photoshop, Illustrator), plus English proficiency (spoken and written).
