Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager

Ensure consistent, high-quality visual merchandising across Hermès boutiques by translating global VM guidelines into store experiences that balance commercial goals and aesthetics. Create and execute seasonal and promotional displays, manage visual merchandising elements and POS materials, and support busy trading periods. Deliver on-site VM training to ambassadors, prepare and translate training materials, coordinate with merchandising and other departments, and submit regular progress reports with photos and insights.
