Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end master data validation and pre-checks before PO creation in SAP ERP, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and aligned with approved buy plans.
  • •Manage execution-level PR to PO tracking, quantify impact of missing/delayed conversions, and monitor forward-looking conversion risks with mitigation actions.
  • •Produce and maintain Buyer Summary Status Reports, including conversion progress vs. buy plan, at-risk or missing POs, data inconsistencies, and system readiness.
  • •Coordinate between Global Supply Planning and execution teams to ensure alignment across buy plan ownership, data/system readiness, and system execution.
  • •Identify process and system readiness risks across planning cycles (data gaps, system limitations, conversion bottlenecks) and drive mitigation and seasonal readiness planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience with SAP ERP and planning systems (e.g., HELIX), including cross-system dependencies between planning and execution platforms.
  • •Experience in supply planning, operations, or data-driven roles, with prior exposure to PR to PO or similar execution processes preferred.
  • •Ability to stay aligned with business cadence (GTM calendar) and translate planning signals into execution readiness actions.
  • •Strong attention to detail and a data accuracy mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • •Strong stakeholder management across global teams and the ability to challenge and influence using structured logic (goal–insight–action).
