Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and enhance risk management programs within the bank’s risk framework as part of the first line of defense.
  • •Lead a team in risk and control assessment walkthroughs and provide consultation on existing and new processes, including documentation of risks and controls.
  • •Partner with the business to develop and enhance controls that mitigate legal, regulatory, and other applicable business risks.
  • •Identify, quantify, and report risks, including operational risk event reporting and key risk indicator reporting, to enable risk-based decisions.
  • •Lead and develop a team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, training, and development.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Internal Audit, or a similar field.
